By accessing or using the One Mechanic website, apps and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The service

One Mechanic is a technology platform that helps customers discover and book home services from verified professionals. We facilitate the booking and payment between customers and service partners. The service partner performs the work directly and remains responsible for the delivery of that work.

3. Booking and pricing

• All prices shown are inclusive of applicable charges and are confirmed before you book.
• Bookings are accepted for dates up to 14 days in advance.
• Any change to scope, location or timing may require re-quoting and approval.

4. Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking subject to the service partner not having started the job. Repeated late cancellations may affect future eligibility.

5. Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, or engage in any behaviour that is unlawful, harassing or harmful to our partners or other customers.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Mechanic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
